Or whatever other food item you want to keep warm.
Actually the hot plate is a wonderful invention and maybe long overdue for a come-back.
This one is from the late fifties, early sixties. It has a sleek modern design, and is a lovely icy blue green with a wheat motif. The wood looks suspiciously like teak. It has little early plastic legs. The great thing about this is the size. It is small enough to be space efficient, but big enough to keep at least any one item nice and warm. Keep the casserole warm while you dine.
It measures 11 inches across in total with an 8 inch heat pad.It is 7 inches wide and 2 inches high.
