Pop Pins, also known as clamp pins, weld-on pins, and spring-loaded plungers. Knurled Lock Nut with safety screw.

Pop Pins are used as a convenient and quick way to adjust height or length on many applications. Most commonly used on fitness equipment, tooling, and racking systems.

This spring-loaded pull pin allows to retract and engage the plunger for locating, fastening and quick change operations. It consists of a housing (barrel) and a plunger assembly. The plunger assembly screws into the housing. The housing is designed to be welded into place for strength. Pulling on the handle retracts the plunger fully into the pin housing. Releasing the handle allows the plunger to extend. The housing is made from un-plated steel for welding to fixture. The pull up force is approximately 5 lbs. The handle Round Knob is made from black plastic.
